Refund & Return Policy — MunizArt

At MunizArt, every piece is crafted by hand, created with intention, and finished using professional, gallery-grade techniques. Each artwork requires significant time, materials, and artistic focus. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Our priority is to ensure that each collector receives a piece that reflects the care and quality synonymous with the MunizArt name.

Original Artwork & Reproduced Originals

When a collector purchases an original design that is offered as a “reproduced original,” the new piece is painted by hand and created as close to the original as artistically possible.
However, because these are not prints and each version is individually painted, slight variations in color, brushwork, and texture will naturally occur. These variations are part of the artwork’s authenticity and are not considered defects.

Every reproduced original maintains the spirit, composition, and aesthetic of the first piece—while still carrying the unique signature of the artist.

Color, Lighting, & Texture Variations

Please note that differences in screen brightness, lighting conditions, and natural artistic texture are normal.
All MunizArt paintings feature hand-applied layers, depth, and movement that may look slightly different in person. These natural elements of the creative process are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging each artwork. In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist promptly.

To begin a damage claim, please provide:

  • Photos of the shipping box

  • Photos of the damaged artwork

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Your order number or full name used at checkout

We will work directly with the carrier and determine the next appropriate step. For one-of-a-kind originals, you may receive a credit toward a new commission. For reproduced originals, a replacement may be created.

Order Cancellations

Because each piece begins its preparation process shortly after the order is placed, orders cannot be canceled once submitted.
